Things to check on your side before opening a Helpdesk ticket at support.ringcentral.com
1. Have you restarted the phone to verify if this resolves the issue?
2. Is this happening to only you, or across multiple users?
3. Have you reviewed and downloaded the call logs on the effected lines?
One of the most common reasons this happens is that a user has the Mobile or Desktop APP set on Do Not Disturb.
The second most common reason is that the deskphone is unplugged.
Another reason is a user may have forgotten that they had previously set the Forward All Calls To Voicemail button in the app.
REMINDER. Gather the deskphone MAC ADDRESS for each line and phone number for each line experiencing the issue so you can include this on your Support Case ticket.
